JUMBO JAMAICAN SHRIMP

List of Ingredients
8 jumbo shrimp, shelled and de-veined
4 Tbsp. Mark's Jamaican jerk marinade (or other)
1 cup water
1 whole red pepper, diced
2 tsp. fresh thyme
½ small white onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
pinch of salt (to taste)Recipe
1. Place all ingredients except shrimp in a pan.
2. Allow them to cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
3. When hot, put shrimp into pan and cook an additional 3-4 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked (don't overcook or shrimp will be rubbery.)
4. Serve over rice (or pasta) and serve with steamed vegetables.
