LOTSA PASTA SHRIMP FRA DIAVOLO

List of Ingredients
(2 servings):
2/3 lb. shrimp, cooked
1 tsp. butter
4 oz. pasta (uncooked)
1½ cups Fra Diavolo Sauce: (the following recipe makes enough for you to save some for additional uses)
4½ cups clam juice
½ cup white wine
1 oz. garlic
1¾ cups marinara sauce
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
½ Tbs. crushed red pepper
½ cup concentrated crushed tomatoes or ¼ cup tomato paste
½ Tbs. lime juice, fresh squeezed
1/8 oz. fresh parsley
1/8 oz. fresh cilantro
1/8 oz. fresh basil leaf
1/2 oz. fresh oregano Recipe
1. Prepare pasta according to package directions and set aside.
2. Cook the shrimp by sautéing them in the garlic butter.
3. Pour clam juice into a medium size pot and put on high heat.
4. Combine and puree garlic cloves and wine in a blender, and then add to pot.
5. Add the remaining ingredients to pot except for fresh herbs.
6. Combine and chop finely the herbs and set aside.
7. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for 30 minutes.
8. Add fresh herbs and simmer for another 15 minutes.
9. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, along with the shrimp cooked in garlic butter.
10. Enjoy!
