* 1 red pepper (chopped)
* 2 Tbs. Olive oil
* 2 ½ lbs. Spicy Italian sausage
* 1 ½ lbs. Shrimp (peeled)
* 12 oz. Alaskan Stout
Recipe
Fry pepper in 2 Tbs. Olive oil until tender. Add sausage and fry until cooked
through. Pour in beer and shrimp. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over jasmine
rice.
