    List of Ingredients




    6 oz Lobster meat
    4 Medium garlic cloves unpeeled
    2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
    Salt/Pepper
    6 Tbsp Unsalted butter
    ¼ C Heavy cream
    2 Tbsp Orange juice
    2 Tbsp Lemon juice
    2 tsp Fresh lime juice
    1 tsp Fresh tarragon
    1 tsp Chives
    1 tsp Cilantro

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven 375 degrees.
    2. In foil place garlic and 1 T olive oil, seal and roast 30 minutes; let cool.
    3. Bring potatoes to a boil in salted water, reduce heat and cook until tender, about 20 minutes.
    4. Drain tomatoes and rice with peeled garlic, butter salt and pepper add heavy cream.
    5. In a medium skillet bring juices to a simmer with the herbs and 2 Tbsp butter. Add lobster and stir until warmed through.
    6. Season with salt and pepper.
    7. Divide potatoes in martini glasses, top with lobster meat and juices. Garnish with chives.
