Creamy Dijon Dressing
½ c. light mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 T. Dijon mustard
2 t. lemon juice
1 ½ t. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. chopped fresh parsley
Crab Slaw
l Granny Smith apple, cored, seeded, halved,
thinly sliced
1 c. peeled, julienned jicama
2 t. lemon juice
2 c. shedded red & green cabbage
½ c. shredded carrots
1 can (6 oz.) White or lump crabmeat, drainedRecipe
Combine mayonnaise, mustard, 2 t. lemon juice,
Worcestershire sauce & parsley to make dressing.
Cover; refrigerate.
Combine apple, jicama & 2 t. lemon juice in
medium salad bowl. Stir in cabbage, carrots and
crabmeat. Add dressing; mix well. Serve with
bread. Serves 4.
