Orange Chile Glazed Salmon

List of Ingredients
Salmon Fillet 1 x 6-8 oz.
Orange Juice Concentrate 4 fl. oz.
Dry White Wine 1 fl. oz.
Olive Oil 1 tbsp.
Crushed Chiles pinch
Red Chile Sauce (i.e. Sri racha) 1 tsp.
Butter 1 tsp.
Salt and Pepper to tasteRecipe
Heat the pan, add oil and lightly sear salmon fillet. Add orange juice, wine, salt, pepper, and red chilli sauce. Top salmon with a light sprinkle of crushed chilli flakes. Finish cooking salmon in oven until salmon is just flaky. Stir butter into sauce.
