SPICY SHRIMP AND WILD RICE

1 (6-oz.) package wild rice mix
1 (10-oz.) can Ro-tel tomatoes
2 (14-oz.) cans chicken broth
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. cooked medium shrimp, peeledRecipe
1. Put rice mix, including seasoning packet, tomatoes, chicken broth, celery, onion and garlic into slow cooker and cook for 6 hours on Low.
2. Add cooked shrimp. Cook for an additional 15 minutes.
Serves 4-6.
