List of Ingredients
1 cup DANNON® Plain Yogurt drained 20 minutes
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1-2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 cup diced cooked shrimp
1 cup lump crab meat (1 8 oz.can)
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
lettuce leaves to garnishRecipe
1. In a bowl combine yogurt, relish, tomato paste and parsley, mix well. Add shrimp and crab and toss to coat. Adjust seasonings and serve on lettuce.
Yield: 4 servings (1/2 cup each) or 2 cups
