    Seattle Smoke Salmon Grilled Cheese

    4 Tbsp. butter, softened
    8 slices of rye bread
    1 can of smoked salmon spread
    8 slices of American cheese
    4 slices of fresh tomatoe
    8 slices of Havarti cheese

    Recipe



    Spread butter evenly on one side of each piece of bread. Lightly spread smoked salmon spread evenly on the side without butter. Distribute American cheese slices and tomato equally over these 4 slices of bread. Place Havarti cheese slices over the tomato, and top remaining slices of bread butter side up.

    Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook sandwiches 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cheese slightly melted.

    Makes 4.
