    List of Ingredients




    6 ounces pepper bacon, roughly chopped
    32 small Virginia clams*, rinsed and scrubbed under cold water
    1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
    8 ounces dried spaghetti, cooked
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped parsley
    1/2 cup shaved or grated parmesan cheese

    approximately 3 pounds

    Recipe



    Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat. Stir in bacon and cook for 4-5 minutes until crisp. Stir in clams and garlic, cover and cook for 4 minutes or until clams have opened. Toss in spaghetti and parsley and heat through. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese just before serving. Serves 4.
