    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. fresh shrimp
    2 oz. coconut milk
    2 tbsp. oil or butter
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    Thyme and garlic to taste
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    Seasoning salt to taste

    Recipe



    Pour hot boiling water over shrimps and wash with vinegar and water. In a skillet, sauté chopped seasonings in oil or butter. Meanwhile, boil cococut milk for about 3 minutes and add shrimp to sauteéd seasoning in skillet and stir. Add cooked coconut to shrimp and stir. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot with white rice.
