Spaghetti a la King Crab

Parmesan Croutons
2 cans (7 1/2 ounces each) Alaska King Crab or 1 pound frozen Alaska King Crab
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup butter or margarine
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch green onios, sliced
2 medium tomatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pound enriched spaghettiRecipe
Prepare parmesan croutons, set aside
Drain canned crab and slice or defrost, drain and slice frozen crab. Heat olive oil, butter and garlic is a saucepan. Add crab, green onions, tomatoes, parsley, lemon juice, basil, thyme and salt. Heat gently 8 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions. Toss cooked spaghetti with king crab sauce, top with parmesan croutons.
Parmesan croutons - put 3 Tbsp butter into a shallow baking pan and set in a 350 degree oven until butter is melted. Slice French bread into small cubes to make 1 cup. Toss with melted butter, return to oven until golden (about 6 minutes). Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese.
