Split Loch Linnhe Langoustines

List of Ingredients
6 meduim cooked langoustines
120 gms cooked good meduim egg noodles
50ml Oyster sauce
20ml extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon
4 cherry tomatoesRecipe
On a large plate place hot egg noodles
Place the split langoustines on top
(langs can be reheated by dipping in boiling water for a minute or two)
Drizzle with warmed sauce
1/2 lemon each
Garnish with cherry tomato and parsley
Alternativley simply blanch the langoustines in boiling water and pour a generous serving of garlic butter over the drained langoustines. Remember to roll up your sleeves.
