Bison Meatballs

List of Ingredients
1 lb Ground Bison
1/2 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Diced Onion
1/4 cup Diced Mushroom
2 Tbsp Diced Red Pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp Chili Powder
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp PepperRecipe
Combine bison, bread crumbs, milk, onion, mushrooms, red pepper, chili powder, eggs, salt, and pepper. Roll into 1 1/2 to 2 inch balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
