Triple Bean Buffalo Chili

1 pound ground Bison (Buffalo) Meat
1 each 16 oz can kidney beans, garbanzo beans (drained), pork 'n beans
1 jar chunky spaghetti sauce
1 pint (1 cup) hot pepper rings
1/2 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Recipe
Brown Bison meat in a skillet over medium heat. Save drippings and sauté onion, celery, and garlic until onion is clear. Take sautéed vegetables and hot pepper rings and put in a blender. Liquefy. Pour in a 6 quart pot along with the meat and add remaining ingredients except the 3 cans of beans. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and cover. Simmer 1 hour stirring occasionally. Stir in beans. Heat to boiling and reduce heat. Simmer uncovered until desired consistency, about 20 minutes.Serves 4-6. Approximately 43 grams cholesterol, 2.3 grams fat, and 375 calories per serving.
