1 1/2lbs. ground venison
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2C. cooked green beans
1 1/2C. cottage cheese
1(8oz.) can tomato sauce
2T. ripe olive juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 C. grated Parmesan cheese

Place green beans in buttered casserole.
Brown meat in skillet & drain off excess fat.
Add tomato sauce, garlic salt & cinnamon.
Spread over beans.
Combine eggs, cottage cheese & olive juice and spread over meat mixture.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Garnish with olive slices.
