    1/2 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1 heaping tablespoon butter
    1 heaping tablespoon flour
    1 cup milk
    unbaked pastry for a 9-inch pie

    Recipe



    Cream the first 4 ingredients together until light; add the milk and mix
    well. Pour filling into a deep pie tin lined with unbaked pastry. Bake
    at 350 for about 30 minutes, or until done.
