    2 cups flour
    1/2 cup milk
    1 boiled, mashed potato
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 teaspoons
    baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 clove garlic, minced

    Recipe



    Into bowl sift flour,baking powder,salt and soda.
    Cut in butter, garlic and potato.
    Add milk while stirring.
    Add in more flour a pinch at a time until the dough is smooth and can be handled.
    Tear off peices about the size of an egg and place on top of simmering stew (or soup).
    Cover and cook for 10-20 minutes.
