Yield: 4 servings.
List of Ingredients
2 1/2 ounces portobello mushrooms, sliced
1/2 ounce portobello stems
2 ounces pancetta, cubed
1 1/2 ounces butter
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 ounces frozen porcini mushrooms, thawed and chopped
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 of a red onion, chopped
Thin paste of water and flour
16 ounces cooked penne pastaRecipe
1. Saute pancetta 10 minutes. Add mushrooms and spices. Cook for 2 minutes.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Thicken with flour and water to desired consistency. Serve over pasta.
