(2 servings):
2 5-oz. chicken breasts without skin, grilled
2 tsp. olive oil
2 thin-medium slices of avocado
2 2/3 cups Romaine lettuce
½ medium tomatoes
½ cup chopped portabella mushrooms
2 oz. Balsamic vinegar
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper Recipe
1. Pound chicken breast.
2. Season with fresh rosemary, sage, and olive oil and grill.
3. Toss the tomato, greens, and portabella mushroom in balsamic dressing.
4. Top with grilled chicken breast and place avocado on top.
