    List of Ingredients




    * 1/2 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
    * 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
    * 2 tablespoon fresh chopped basil
    * 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
    * 8 oz crushed tomatoes
    * 6 oz extra virgin olive oil
    * 10 oz chicken stock
    * 1 lb angel hair pasta - cooked Al Dente' according to package instructions
    * 4 oz fresh grated Romano cheese
    * Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    1. In a large shillet saute' the garlic, tomatoes and basil together with the spices and olive oil.
    2. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
    3. Add the chicken stock and then the angle hair pasta.
    4. Let it cook for 2 minutes and the pasta will be ready to serve.
    5. Top with fresh grated Romano cheese.

    NOTE: Angel Hair is the most thirsty of all pastas. If your dish becomes dry add chicken stock as needed. Serves 4
