    1 oz pomace olive oil
    4 cups clean mussells
    1 oz chopped yellow onion
    1 oz finelly chopped garlic
    1 oz pernod
    large pinch fresh coarse copped basil
    6 oz lemon butter sauce
    1 lemon half

    Recipe



    Heal olive oil for 2 min and add the mussels. Cook until done. Add remaining ingredients and mix together.
