List of Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless and dredged in flour
1-1/2 cups white wine
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
2 tsp. fresh garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh whole tomatoes, peeled
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup vegetable oilRecipe
Heat vegetable oil in a sauté pan. Place prepared chicken breasts in the hot pan; sear on both sides, then cook through. Drain oil from pan. Place chicken back in the frying pan. Add remaining ingredients; cook until sauce has reduced, about 7 to 10 minutes.
Tip: To prevent the sauce from breaking, keep the pan moving during the last 7 to 10 minutes of cooking.
