Recipe Introduction

List of Ingredients
-1 pound chicken breasts (boneless and skinned)
-6 ounces good white wine
-6 ounces olive oil
-1 lemon for juice
-1 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon pepper
-Fresh basil
-Tarragon
-Dill
-3 cups whipping cream
-3 ounces porcini mushrooms
-3 ounces sun-dried tomatoes
-12 ounces penne pasta
-Grated Parmesan cheese to taste
Recipe
-Marinate chicken breasts in wine, olive oil, lemon juice, and spices for 2 hours.
-Boil water for pasta and cook approximately 15 minutes. -
-Slice chicken into thin strips and cook in the whipping cream.
-When chicken appears almost done, add mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, and salt and pepper to taste.
-Toss with penne pasta and serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
*Not suitable for freezing.
