Breast of Chicken with Balsamic Vinegar
List of Ingredients
8 slices of Breast of Chicken cut into 1 inch strips (about 4 ounces each)
2 branches chopped fine of Tarragon
2 oz. of Brown Gravy
2 oz. of Heavy Cream
2 oz. of Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp. Clarified Butter
4 oz. of Flour
10 oz. of Vegetable Oil
1 Garlic CloveRecipe
1.Dip chicken breasts in flour and shake off excess, fry in hot oil till golden.
2.Drain oil, add butter, tarragon and garlic, when garlic is golden add vinegar, let evaporate for 3 minutes.
3.Add brown gravy, heavy cream, salt & pepper.
4.Place chicken in oven at 450º for 10 minutes, remove from oven & serve.
Serves 4.
