Porcini's Cappellini con Pesce

4 cups red clam sauce of your choice (see note)
16 littleneck clams, washed and rinsed
12 large scallops
16 mussels, debearded
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 ounces squid (tubes and tentacles) cleaned
2 pounds capellini pasta (very thin strands, just thicker than angel hair pasta), cooked according to package directions

Heat red clam sauce until bubbling in a large saucepan. Add clams, cover and cook 3 minutes. Add scallops and cook 1 minute more. Add mussels and shrimp; cover and cook 2 more minutes. Remove from heat; add squid. Cover and let sit 2 minutes.
Divide pasta among four plates. Divide seafood evenly among the plates; spoon sauce over top, about 1 cup per plate. Garnish with parsley.
Serves 4.
