    4 Italian sausage links, casings removed
    1 onion, sliced
    4 medium tomatoes peeled, seeded and chopped
    a pinch each of thyme, basil, and parsley
    2 tablespoons quick mixing flour
    2 cups cubed Swiss cheese
    1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese pinch of salt and pepper
    10 in. deep-dish, unbaked pie crust
    1 cup cream
    1/2 C milk Temperature: 450
    4 eggs slightly beaten

    Recipe



    1. Crumble sausage - Brown 3 - 5 minutes
    2. Add onion - Continue cooking until onion is transparent
    3. Add tomatoes. Saute 5 minutes
    4. Blend in spices and flour
    5. Place sausage-tomato mixture, cheeses, salt and pepper into piecrust
    6. Combine cream, milk, and eggs. Pour over ingredients in pie crust
    7. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce oven heat to 375 degrees
    8. Bake for 25 minutes more or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
