    2/3 C Sour cream
    2 t Brown sugar twin
    3 T Hot sauce, plus extra to eat with the chicken
    1 t Ground cumin
    4 Garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 t Salt
    8 Chicken breast halves
    Lemon wedges

    Recipe



    Combine a few tablespoons of the sour cream with the brown sugar twin in a bowl until well blended. Add the remaining sour cream, hot sauce, cumin, garlic, and salt.



    Cut each chicken breast half into 6 equal pieces.



    Add chicken to the sour cream mixture and combine well. Chill in a covered bowl for at least 2 hours, more for more intense flavor.



    Thread the chicken onto eight skewers.



    Prepare your grill. Grill keBAMS over medium heat, rotating sides every few minutes until cooked through, about 14 minutes total.



    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve with extra hot sauce and lemon wedges.
    Additional Comments:
    Serve with grilled veggies on skewers, use zucchini, summer sqaush, cherry tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms. Thread onto skewers, brush with olive oil and cook until slightly tender.
