List of Ingredients
8 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
6 ozs Cream cheese
1 1/2 C Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Can (4 ozs) Green chiles
1 t Chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 C Enchilad sauce
1 (4 oz) can Sliced mushrooms
1 C Heavy creamRecipe
Combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, green chiles,, chili powder and salt and pepper until blended.
Place a generous dollop on each chicken breast and roll up.
Place chicken rolls in slow cooker, seam side down.
Top chicken with remaining cheese mixture, cream, muchrooms, and enchilada sauce. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
