Jamaican Jerked Beef Steaks

2 green onions, coarsely chopped
1 small serrano or jalapeño chiles, seeded, chopped
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp oregano
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp canola oil
4 boneless chuck eye steaks - (abt 8Recipe
In a food processor, combine green onions, chiles, spices, vinegar and oil.
Process until a paste forms, scraping down sides as needed.
Rub steaks on both sides with mixture; refrigerate 1 hour.
Grill or broil steaks 5 minutes per side for medium doneness.
