1 chicken breast
cajun seasoning
9" whole wheat tortilla
1 T. creamy dijon mustard
2 cups spring mix salad mix
1/4 cup shredded cheeseRecipe
Generously season both sides of chicken breast with cajun seasoning and grill till done. Warm tortilla shell 10 seconds in microwave. Spread with creamy dijon mustard. Mound spring mix and shredded cheese on one half of shell. Add chicken breast. Roll up in tortilla shell, then cut wrap diagonally in half. Serve immediately.
