1 to 2 lbs. ground chuck - 0 carbs
taco seasoning- 12 carbs/ whole pack-can use half to cut carbs
Salsa- I use Sam's from Walmart-1.5 carbs per 2 tbls.
shredded cheese-8 carbs in the whole pack, only use half
1/4 cake of Cacique Cotija Cheese-0 carbs
5 oz. Cacique Mexican Sour Cream-(green top) Recipe
brown & drain meat, pour into a deep pot
put in shredded cheese & then crumble the
cotija cheese in, mix together, then add taco
seasoning, sour cream & salsa...heat over
low heat stirring constantly until cheese melts.
I don't add any certian amount, just put in as
little or as much as you like....use half pack of
seasoning to cut carbs if you want.
I then heat a lowcarb tortilla & pile the goulash
on top, topping it with lots lettuce, shredded cheese
salsa & avocado dip. For dip, just smash avocado
& add the salsa & mix together.
