La Vinnie Gambini Lamb Chops

List of Ingredients
10 lamb chops
1 oz. olive oil
Pinch dry oregano
Pinch fresh rosemary, basil and thyme
4 cloves garlic, sliced
1 oz. white wine
10g butter
1/2 tbs. old fashion mustard
3 oz. cream sauce
1/2 tbs. cajun spices
VEGETABLES
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 zucchini, julienne
1 carrot, sliced
2 shitake mushrooms, sliced
1 broccoli, cut in florets
16 Parisian potatoes
1 tbs. lemon juice
Pinch dried oregano
Pinch salt and pepper
1 oz. olive oil
Recipe
Heat oil in frying pan. Sauté garlic in oil. Add lamb chops. Cook for 1-1/2 minutes on each side.
Add cajun spices, rosemary, thyme, oregano and basil. Sauté for about 1 minute.
Pour in white wine. Let cook for 1 more min.
Add butter, mustard and cream sauce. Simmer for approximately 3 min.
In another frying pan heat oil.
Add vegetables, sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano. Sauté for 5 min. until cooked.
Deep fry 16 potatoes in hot oil for about 10 min. When ready, season with salt, pepper oregano, and lemon juice.
Serves 2.
