    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup olive oil
    2 Tbsp lemon juice
    1 Tbsp each of soy sauce and vinegar
    1/2 onion, minced
    1 tsp mustard powder
    1/4 tsp each of cumin, oregano and steak spice
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 bay leaf

    Recipe



    Whisk all ingredients together. Marinate in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

    Makes about 3/4 cup
