    2 c. orange juice
    1 c. soy sauce
    1 tbs. ketchup
    1 tbs. olive oil
    1 tbs. finely diced garlic
    1 tbs. finely diced ginger
    3 tbs. honey

    Recipe



    Mix well. hint: do not marinate fish longer than 24 hours. It will become too salty.

    (Great with fish or pork!)
