    This marinade recipe was derived at the foot of Mt. Rushmore in South Dakota

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup maker's mark whiskey
    1 ½ cups pineapple juice
    1 tbsp tomato paste
    ½ cup dark molasses
    2 cups apple sauce
    2 tsp lemon zest
    ½ cup brown sugar
    ½ tsp cayenne pepper
    1 ribeye steaks, 10-12 oz. each

    Recipe



    1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend
    2. Marinate steaks for 20 minutes before grilling them turning them over in the marinade once
    3. During grilling, brush the marinade over the steaks
