Mustard Marinade For 6-8 Chicken Breasts

Lemon Juice Juice of three or 5-6 Tablespoons
Garlic 3 cloves finely diced
Rosemary 1 tablespoon
Prepared Mustard 2 Tablespoons
Honey 2 tablespoons
Salt 1/2 teaspoon or to taste
Pepper 1/2 teaspoon or to taste
Cooking oil 2 ounces Olive is best.
Recipe
Mix the above ingredients and distribute well over the cleaned ready to cook breasts. Store, covered, over night or for at least three hours. Cook 12-18 minutes with or with out smoke. I like this marinade because there is very little left you can just discard.
