    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 cups season salt

    2 tbsp. Black Pepper

    2 tbsp. Garlic Salt

    2 tbsp. Onion Salt

    2 tbsp. Cinnamon

    2 tbsp. Meat Tenderizer

    2 tbsp. Lemon Pepper

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until well blended. Rub on Chicken, Turkey, Duck or any other type of poultry, then bake or smoke.
