# ¼ cup Julienne basil
# ¾ cup Extra virgin olive oil
# ¼ cup Roasted garlic
# 2 Tbls Cracked black pepper
# ¼ cup Chopped parsley
# ½ tsp Kosher salt
# 4 7oz Culotte steakRecipe
1. In food processor puree garlic and herbs.
2. In mixing bowl add olive oil and pepper.
3. Pour marinade over steaks.
4. Cover with plastic wrap.
5. Place in refrigerator for 24 hrs.
