1/4 cup Dried Oregano
4 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
4 Tbsp. Ground White Pepper
3 Tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
4 Tbsp. Paprika
4 Tbsp. Ground Black Pepper
4 Tbsp. Dried Thyme
4 Tbsp. Dried Basil
Recipe
Combine the spices and herbs thoroughly by rubbing them together with your hands in a small bowl. Leftover seasoning can be stored in a sealed jar in the cupboard for three months. It can also be used for seasoning just about anything you want to give a little Cajun kick.
Makes about 1 cup
