    Sauce:
    2 cups Red Hot hot sauce
    2 cups brown sugar substitute
    2 tbsp vinegar (make your own great vinegar by adding jalapeno peppers and onions, let let for 1 week)
    1 stick of butter

    Combine ingredients and bring to a boil on stove, set aside.

    Seasonings:
    1/4 cup black pepper
    1/4 cup garlic minced
    1/2 cup Italian seasoning flakes
    1/4 cup chili powder
    1/4 cup dried rosemary
    1/4 cup paprika

    The above should be enough for 7 to 8 lbs of wings. Rinse and drain wings, pour over the sauce and toss until coated. Add seasoning mixture until generously coated. You will lose some in cooking, so don't skimp! Place the wings on a pre-heated grill and cook slowly for 30 minutes to one hour, still basting with left over sauce/seasoning mixture that is left from the bowl of wings.
