    List of Ingredients




    3 tbsp. olive oil
    12 3 oz. Filet medallions
    2 cups beef stock
    2 cups mushroom stock
    1/4 cup preapred steak sauce
    2 tbsp. tomato paste
    2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 cup shallots, minced
    salt & pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Heat oil in saute pan.
    Season medallions with salt & pepper.
    Place in hot pan, and cook 1-2 minutes per side.
    Remove medallions from pan.
    Add mushrooms and shallots, and saute until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients and reduce by 1/3.
    Place medallions on plate, and pour sauce on top.
