1/2 lb Bacon slices -- cut 1 in.

3/4 c Instant rice -- uncooked
3/4 c Boiling water
1 sm Zucchini -- sliced
1/4 ts Oregano
1 ea Tomato -- sliced
1 sm Onion -- sliced
1 sm Green pepper -- sliced
1 ds Pepper
4 sl American cheese
Recipe
In a skillet over medium--high heat, fry bacon until crisp. Pour off
fat. Add rice, water and zucchini; sprinkle with the oregano. Arrange
tomato, onion and green pepper over the bacon mixture; sprinkle with
pepper. Cover and simmer for 10 min. or until vegetables are
crisp-tender. Top with cheese and heat only until melted. Yield: 4
servings.
