2-3 strips bacon (Canadian style)
1 bell pepper (use red & green for more color)
2 small onions
1 carrot
8-10 snow peas
4 mushrooms
2 Tbsp. satay seasoning sauceRecipe
Prepare vegetables by cutting into bite-size pieces. Cut bacon into thin
strips and fry on medium heat until it start to become crispy. Add
vegetables and fry until they become tender, stirring constantly. Mix
satay sauce with equal parts water, pour over vegetables & bacon and fry
2 minutes. Be sure not to overcook. Serve hot on beds of freshly
prepared rice.
