List of Ingredients
1 medium lime
1 cup A.1.® Classic Marinade
1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
1 Tbsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
2 tsp. dried mint flakes, crushed
2 tsp. ground ginger
1-1/2 lb. beef top round steak, 3/4 inch thick Recipe
Grate peel and squeeze juice from lime; place in small bowl. Add marinade, garlic, basil, mint and ginger; mix well.
Place steak in nonmetal dish or sealable plastic food storage bag. Pour marinade mixture over steak; turn steak to evenly coat both sides. Cover.
Refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
Grill or broil steak 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until steak is cooked through.
Makes 6 servings.
Great Substitute: If you have fresh basil and/or mint, substitute them for the dried herbs using 1 tsp. of each.
