List of Ingredients
3 Lbs. Sirloin Cubes
1 Small Onion, cut into strips
¼ Cup Yellow Mustard
¼ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
¾ Cup Stout Beer
½ Tsp. Dried Thyme
½ Cup Brown Sugar
4 Cups Beef Stock (beef base and water)
½ Tbl. Salt
½ Tbl. Black Pepper
½ Cup Flour
¼ Cup Canola Oil Recipe
Season beef with salt and pepper, then dust lightly with flour. 2.) Brown beef in a large casserole pan with canola oil over medium high heat. 3.) Turn heat down to medium, and add onions and thyme. 4.) Cook until onions are tender. 5.) Add remaining ingredients and cook until beef is tender.
