    - 1/2 pound beef sirloin or flank steak
    - 3 tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® Classic Stir Fry Sauce
    - 1 1/2 tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® wok oil
    - 1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into julienne strips
    - 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into julienne strips
    - 1 yellow bell pepper ,seeded and cut into julienne strips
    - 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
    - Hot cooked rice

    Recipe



    Slice beef across the grain into thin slanting slices. In bowl, combine the beef with 1 tablespoon of the stir fry sauce; stir to coat and set aside. Place wok or large skillet over high heat until hot. Add wok oil, swirling to coats sides of pan. Add beef and stir fry for 2 minutes or until meat is slightly pink. Remove beef from wok and set aside. Add bell peppers and onion. Toss and cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender. Return beef to wok. Stir in remaining 2 tablespoons stir fry sauce and cook for 1 minute or until heated through. Serve over hot, cooked rice.

    Serves 2.
