    List of Ingredients




    3 cups oil
    1/2 cup minced scallions
    1/2 cup minced ginger
    1/2 cup flour
    11/2 cups water
    3 to 31/2 pounds ground pork
    6-7 big round red hot peppers, center pulp removed
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon MSG (optional)

    Recipe



    Put oil into a mixing bowl. Add scallions and ginger; mix well and reserve for frying.
    Mix flour and water in a bowl.
    Coat pork in water and flour mixture
    Fry pork in the oil and scallion mixture. Season with salt and MSG.
    Fill the empty hot peppers with the pork mixture
    Put the hot peppers into the pan and fry for a moment until done.
