Boston Sausage and Beans

50g bacon, chopped
� x15ml spoon mild curry powder
400g can baked beans
375g organic pork sausages
300g ready cooked riceRecipe
In a medium saucepan, fry the bacon over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add the curry powder and cook for a further minute.
Add the beans, turn down the heat and simmer for 6-8 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the grill to a medium heat. Place the sausages on the grill tray and cook until golden brown, then add these to the saucepan and cook for a further minute.
Heat the rice according to pack instructions and portion between 6 warmed plates, spooning beans and sausages over the rice. Serve at once.
