Brat Egg Roll

Recipe Introduction
This bratwurst twist on a traditional egg roll is among those being
featured at Johnsonville Brat Days. The recipe is from the Hmong
Community Alliance Church in Sheboygan.
List of Ingredients
5 bratwursts, cooked and crumbled
10 tablespoons bread noodle (available at Asian Mart)
5 tablespoons shredded cabbage
5 tablespoons minced yellow onion
5 tablespoons salt
5 tablespoons pepper
5 eggs
10 egg roll wrappers
Cooking oilRecipe
In bowl, mix all ingredients except egg roll wrappers.
Divide mixture evenly among wrappers and roll as directed on wrapper
package.
Place enough oil in fryer to cover egg rolls. Heat to 350 degrees.
Fry egg rolls 2 to 3 minutes. For the last 15 to 20 second, increase
temperature to 400 degrees to brown them. Makes 10 egg rolls.
